Job summary

FPC of Savannah in Goshen, Indiana, seeks a Maintenance Manager to drive reliability and maintainability of production equipment. You will lead a team, implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies, and optimize the maintenance budget to support peak performance.

With 5+ years of leadership in industrial maintenance and a Bachelor’s inEngineering/Industrial Maintenance, you will champion PMs, mentor staff, and advance a world-class maintenance operation within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).
Strong technical ability with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

Champion and execute maintenance strategies for all production equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance (PMs) is completed on time with minimal production impact.
Lead a world-class maintenance operation by implementing industry best practices.
Train, mentor, and empower your maintenance team to grow and succeed.
Strategically manage and optimize the maintenance department budget.
