Job summary

Divert Inc. in Longview, WA, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance programs at the RNG plant. You will lead safety culture, manage reliability, and coordinate contractors and PM activities while driving continuous improvement across technical operations.

The role requires 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, leadership skills, and strong CMMS and PLC knowledge. Competitive compensation with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in mechanical, maintenance, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years maintenance/operations experience in industrial environments including leadership.
• CMRP certification highly preferred or understanding of maintenance practices.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting technical and complex operational systems (Distributed controls systems, PLC).
• Hands-on experience with large industrial equipment (motors, pumps, gearboxes, etc.).
• Experience with pneumatic control valves and actuators.
• Experience with pressurized liquids and gases, plant electrical distribution, instrumentation and controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Divert culture in the plant and support empowerment with structured independence.
• Ensure safe work environment through culture, training, and best practices.
• Manage and execute maintenance onboarding and training programs.
• Lead major maintenance projects and reliability processes.
• Oversee PM program, spare parts, planning, CMMS data, and budgets.
• Lead root-cause analysis of equipment failures and implement solutions.
• Manage contractor work and Hold vendors to SOW standards.
• Provide coaching and development for maintenance personnel.
