Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will mentor technicians, prioritize downtime, and drive preventative maintenance, with accountability and close collaboration with operations.

The role requires deep troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems; experience with ammonia refrigeration and PSM compliance; and a focus on continuous

Qualifications

Must have prior maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial processing environments.
Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems and related safety considerations.
Solid understanding of PSM (Process Safety Management) programs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
Manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
