Job summary

PDI is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead the site Maintenance organization across all shifts, driving reliability and CMMS data integrity at our U.S. manufacturing site.

The role focuses on PM execution, equipment reliability, and a culture of accountability, standard work, and data-driven decision making across maintenance teams. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS adoption or implementation, work management, PM execution, reliability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance execution across shifts to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Own CMMS adoption, data accuracy, and maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Drive PM execution and reliability improvement with cross-functional partners in Engineering and OpEx.
• Coach Supervisors and develop talent while enforcing safety, quality, and standard work.
