Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partner with operations to maximize uptime and safety.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. Knowledge of CMMS and lean manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

5–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM principles.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
Establish clear goals and performance metrics aligned with plant objectives (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
Plan and assign daily maintenance work orders, ensuring efficient labor utilization.
Develop and implement PM and PdM programs.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and OEM standards.
