Mill Creek Residential in Nashville is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across communities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, supervise associates, and assist in budgeting while upholding Mill Creek’s safety standards and service commitments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance technician work or related experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• CAMT and CPO certifications are preferred.
• Experience in multi-family housing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify maintenance projects.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Oversee vendors and maintenance service providers.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Respond to resident requests with prompt, high-quality service.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control programs for maintenance.
• Enforce safety policies and operating standards.
