Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring and training.
• Directs interior and exterior maintenance; inspects work for standards.
• Oversees HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler, generator, landscape, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates resident maintenance requests and repairs in rooms.
• Ensures safety and compliance with local codes; reviews SDS when needed.
• Responds to resident or community emergencies as required.
