Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Finance) to oversee the general operating maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at the assigned community, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and company policies.

You will supervise the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, direct repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, and coordinate resident repair requests and facility improvements,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years related maintenance experience.
• Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Directs repairs and preventive maintenance for HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems.
• Coordinates resident maintenance requests and facility improvements.
