Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a maintenance supervisor to manage community maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff as applicable. You will oversee repairs, coordinate resident-requested maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic senior living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Valid State Driver's License required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff as applicable.
• Directs repairs and maintenance of interior and exterior of the community.
• Coordinates maintenance requests, including plumbing, electrical, and lighting tasks.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and local codes; oversees HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment.
