Bell Partners Inc in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the community. You will recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating grounds, inspecting properties, managing repairs, ensuring safety, preparing apartments, and maintaining compliance. The role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge and a valid EPA 608 and CPO certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure that the community and its grounds are in good repair and provide a safe and attractive environment for residents.
• Inspect the community and grounds regularly and identify areas in need of repair.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate lawn service and other outdoor services.
• Set up and maintain the Community Compliance Manual for the community
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure proper disposal of trash.
• Maintain safety of maintenance items and provide a safe environment.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Follow OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
