Qualifications

Salary Range: $36.00 - $40.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

Job Shift: Day, including weekends and on-call

Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident work orders and service requests; coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and address potential hazards through regular property inspections.
  • Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community, ensuring security and proper upkeep of tools.
  • Regularly meet with team members to enforce safety protocols and identify training needs.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs, ensuring documentation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and apartment make-readies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, irrigation, pool systems, and appliance repair.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and customers.
  • Own industry-specific hand tools.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • E.P.A Certification (Type II).
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to obtain.
Work Schedule

9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and participation in an on-call schedule as needed.
