Our client is a privately owned manufacturing company with over 40 years of successful operation. Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their team!

They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager.

This role requires a working supervisor who can operate and troubleshoot heavy industrial machinery. Essential experience includes motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single-phase and three-phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines. Candidates should be able to follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.

This is a hands-on position, demanding active work in the plant on industrial machinery.

Requirements

1. Exposure or interest in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
2. Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics, or related fields.
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Good manual dexterity.

The facility is non-climate controlled, and candidates must be willing to work some weekends.
