Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and net retention goals.
• Manage a large book of business, focusing on retention and growth by delivering value to customers.
• Handle escalations, identify risks, and collaborate internally to prevent churn.
• Address billing questions and work towards client renewals.
• Conduct sales presentations via Teams.
• Maintain pipeline metrics and activity cadences.
• Respond promptly to customer requests via email and tasks.
• Update NetSuite CRM with notes and activities.
• Attend weekly sales, marketing, and educational meetings.
• Learn about the EDI industry and how TrueCommerce adds value.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through phone and social communication.

Requirements for Success

• Up to 2 years of retention and sales experience, with customer service background.
• Ability to learn software platforms and drive customer value.
• Strong communication, listening, and email skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and solution-selling mindset.
• CRM experience, preferably in NetSuite, is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.

Education

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
