The Role

The Maintenance Manager is a leadership position requiring excellent customer service skills to build rapport with your team, residents, and vendors. You will oversee service operations and maintain the communities you serve, taking on new challenges to support your team.

You Are…

• Experienced in supervising a team and conducting building and annual unit inspections to comply with regulations.
• Organized, punctual, and able to collaborate with the General Manager to meet expectations and deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about budget guidelines, purchasing supplies, and scheduling vendor services using proper procedures.
• Technical expert in property maintenance, providing mentorship and training to on-site teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing community needs.

You Have…

• 3-5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• EPA Certification Type I and II.
