Dayton Freight Lines is seeking highly motivated graduates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience immerses you in all facets of our operations, preparing you for leadership roles within our shops.

The program emphasizes leadership growth, shop and maintenance knowledge, and exposure to the LTL industry. Relocation to various service centers and shift rotations are part of the training experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Dayton Freight Service Center.
• Must be willing to rotate through 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL industry and Dayton Freight operations.
• Gain experience in day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Develop leadership and shop-management skills.
• Develop knowledge of shop and maintenance best practices.
