Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. offers a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent grads or soon-to-be graduates. The hands-on experience covers participation in all shop operations and prepares participants for leadership roles within our maintenance network.

Participants will learn the LTL industry, gain shop experience, and build leadership and maintenance knowledge in a fast-paced, modern environment with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
