Dayton Freight Lines is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates. Trainees will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts while gaining hands-on experience in maintenance and shop operations, with leadership development and opportunities to advance within Dayton Freight's shops.

The program emphasizes learning the LTL industry and building leadership capabilities, preparing participants to take on supervisory roles after completion.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
