Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites you to join a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience trains recent graduates to participate in all shop operations while learning our culture and the transportation industry.

Trainees gain leadership fundamentals, hands-on maintenance knowledge, and exposure to modern facilities and technology across service centers, with opportunities for internal advancement upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
