Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. offers a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent grads or soon-to-be grads. Trainees gain hands-on exposure to operations, learn the LTL industry, and develop leadership capabilities, with opportunities to lead within a shop after completion.

The program includes rotation across shifts during training, relocation to various service centers, and exposure to modern facilities and technology. A bachelor's degree is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
