Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations, safety, and resident satisfaction across multifamily communities. You will lead the service team, coach staff, and drive timely unit turns while managing budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in multifamily maintenance, supervisory experience, and OSHA compliance knowledge. EPA certification is required and industry certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO and/or CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and safety to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Lead service team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage make-ready process and unit turns within budget and schedule.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, payroll, and inventory to control costs.
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure OSHA/MSDS compliance.
