Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC seeks an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager and oversee maintenance operations of multifamily properties. The role includes site inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely responses to service requests, with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Candidate should have at least two years in multifamily property maintenance, EPA/HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multifamily housing maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC Certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and/or CAMT preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Formal training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing.
• Occasional weekends and travel to other sites/out of state as needed.
• Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Conduct regular property inspections, including vacant units and move-ins.
• Ensure service requests are answered within 24 hours and communicate with residents if unresolved.
• Oversee maintenance of grounds, trash areas, and common spaces.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls according to policy.
• Manage regular maintenance of building exteriors, interiors and common areas.
• Duties will be discussed during the interview process.
