GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our multifamily communities, ensuring safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a service team, manage unit turns, and coach staff to uphold company standards.

The role includes budget management, payroll oversight, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A strong focus on process and community-building is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property maintenance, safety practices, and operational standards.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports, budgets, sketches, and blueprints.
• Experience with multifamily property management operations is preferred.
• EPA certification is required; CPO/CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach the service team to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, unit turns, and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, payroll, purchases, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across communities.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Oversee make-ready process and curb appeal of common areas.
