Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Petersburg, VA communities. You will lead the service team, manage day-to-day maintenance operations, and ensure safe, high-quality property upkeep.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, inspections, turnover, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety programs. The role requires at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance and a valid driver’s license, with EPA/CPO/CAMT certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO or CAMT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance budget, costs, and inventory.
• Process payroll and monitor overtime per guidelines.
• Oversee unit inspections and turnover; document deposits and work orders.
• Coordinate vendor credentialing, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Ensure safety programs, OSHA/MSDS documentation, and incident reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Manage make-readies and ensure timely, budget-conscious turnovers.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Capital Project teams for renovations.
