Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to keep our multifamily communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will respond to resident requests, perform make-ready tasks, and coordinate with the Service Manager to meet GoldOller standards of excellence.

You’ll diagnose basic appliance issues, manage trades, and participate in safety meetings while upholding a professional image and strong resident relations across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s not required but high school diploma/GED is expected.
• Experience with multifamily maintenance and basic trades is preferred.
• EPA certification is required.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turns and make-ready within 5 business days (14 days for upgrades).
• Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and grounds duties.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and coordinate with Service Manager.
