Responsibilities

• Leads/performs completion of work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies, timelines, safety standards, and code requirements under Area Maintenance Manager supervision.
• Leads/performs make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by completing inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work under supervision.
• Leads/performs materials and equipment procurement from the property's maintenance department.
