Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. This role oversees day-to-day property operations, leads a team, manages budgets, and ensures adherence to policies and regulations.

You will drive occupancy and revenue goals, supervise leasing and maintenance staff, review financial reports, and maintain strong owner relationships while delivering exceptional resident service at a dynamic garden-style community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and staff to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, deposit funds, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates are valid, and code charges correctly.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to issues and ensuring maintenance standards.
