Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician for our Matthews, NC property. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing while upholding safety standards.

The role requires completing work orders, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and ensuring common areas meet Greystar’s quality standards. The position may involve some travel and flexible scheduling to support property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repair tasks.
• Familiar with safety policies and OSHA training.
• Ability to perform make-ready tasks and general grounds upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Performs make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
