Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. This role oversees daily property operations, supervises staff, and drives leasing, revenue, and resident satisfaction within a stabilized 420-unit garden community.

You will implement marketing strategies, monitor budgets, approve invoices, and maintain compliance with housing laws while coordinating with owners and vendors. Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Set rent rates and monitor collection, posting, and reporting of financials.
• Review invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and vendor communications are in order.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, and renewals to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
