Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Lead for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. The role ensures unit, building, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, make-ready inspections, inventory management, and coordinating with the Area Maintenance Manager. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management.

Responsibilities

• Leads/performs completion of work orders for resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Leads/performs make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Leads/performs material management from the property maintenance department."
• Monitors inspections using Leonardo 247, Entrata and other platforms to complete inspections.
• Completes documentation for service requests and keeps records up to date.
