Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. You will oversee and perform technical maintenance tasks, manage make-ready processes, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and high-quality standards across grounds and buildings.

Responsibilities include inspecting work, coordinating vendors, maintaining inventory, and supporting budget planning. The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA compliance knowledge.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trades.
• Own hand tools; safe use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Property management system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in community buildings and units.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Monitor safety policies, OSHA compliance, and MSDS documentation.
• Assist in budget development and cost-control initiatives.
