Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee technical and mechanical work ensuring the property's units, buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role covers leading maintenance tasks, make-ready processes, inventory management, inspections, and documentation under the Area Maintenance Manager, with a focus on cost control and safe operation across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform completion of work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Lead and perform make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Access and obtain materials from maintenance department; track inventory and reorder supplies.
• Monitor inspections via Leonardo 247, Entrata, and other platforms; ensure compliance with codes and policies.
• Complete documentation and paperwork promptly to document and track service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
