Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise and perform property maintenance across units, grounds, and common areas. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing make-readies for new move-ins, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, inspecting work, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should hold EPA refrigerant certifications, possess a valid driver’s license, and have strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with safety standards and policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Manage materials, inventory, and ordering under supervision.
• Coordinate property inspections using platforms like Leonardo 247 and Entrata.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking and record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
