Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety standards, manage vendors, and maintain property condition in coordination with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and liability concerns.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround.
• Assist with general upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
