Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained properties. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, budgeting for supplies, and on-call emergencies.

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and Fair Housing laws is preferred. Responsibilities include managing vendors, keeping records, planning make-ready, and promoting safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and staff supervision to ensure timely work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure records of service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance are up to date.
