HNN Communities in Everett, WA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for Manor Way (205-unit community). You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, with supervisory skills and strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Competitive hourly pay and bonus potential accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, supervisory preferred.
• Certifications such as CPO or CAMT are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry and painting.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the community following safety standards.
• Lead, direct and supervise maintenance staff, giving feedback and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, train and onboard maintenance personnel.
• Manage work orders and make-readies per policy; coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety records, SDS documentation and inventory control.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain on-call schedules.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, facilities, and equipment to high standards.
