The candidate should bring a minimum of two years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong organizational skills. The position offers full-time hours, a 40-hour workweek, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance management or similar.
• Knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
