Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for our properties at 13 West & 15 West in Vancouver, WA. The role demands hands-on leadership, ensuring safety, quality maintenance, and curb appeal across 212 units.

Minimum two years in multifamily maintenance and strong knowledge of building systems are required. The position offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, FSA, life/AD&D, 401(k), generous vacation, sick time, holidays, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years’ working experience in property maintenance management or similar.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electric, carpentry).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 15 feet.
• English reading/writing and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders.
• Ensure property maintenance to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and other staff for timely repairs.
• Manage schedules and workloads of maintenance staff.
• Prepare required reports and paperwork on time.
