Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for Park Tower in Portland, OR. The role oversees maintenance staff, prioritizes work orders, and ensures safety and curb appeal across the community.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, basic trades knowledge, and strong organizational skills. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two (2) years’ working experience as a Property Maintenance Manager.
• Basic knowledge of building trades, such as plumbing, electric, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Comfortable on ladders at heights of 15 feet.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to be on-call on a rotating basis for occasional after hours and weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Always represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Support Community Manager’s efforts to ensure property management obligations are met.
• Manage schedules and workloads of maintenance staff.
• Maintain property in compliance with laws and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to address work orders and safety concerns.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly.
