Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Woodridge in Tualatin, OR. The role supports the Community Manager by handling property maintenance, safety, and timely work orders to keep the complex appealing and compliant.

The technician will coordinate with staff and vendors, ensure OSHA compliance, and help deliver outstanding resident service while maintaining property records and schedules. This full-time position includes on-call duties and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least one year of work experience in property maintenance and repairs, construction or related experience preferred.
• Possess and transport own tools and materials needed for job.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
• Must own or have access to properly insured vehicle for business transportation.
• Previous pool maintenance experience, preferred; CPO certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support Community Manager to meet and exceed property management obligations.
• Maintain property in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Walk property grounds daily; maintain exterior for excellent curb appeal.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs; respond to service requests.
• Keep accurate records of space conditions, roof, HVAC, utilities and special circumstances.
• Inspect property and coordinate work schedules of vendors.
• Carry a property cell phone and be on-call after hours and weekends on a rotation.
• Communicate issues or resident questions to supervisor; follow Guardian policies.
