Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will oversee grounds, pools, and common areas, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of safety, codes, and life-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and dog parks.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and keep records.
• Follow state, local, and federal housing regulations.
