Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for Woodridge Apartments in Tualatin, OR. The role focuses on leading maintenance staff, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring property upkeep while complying with OSHA and company policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, knowledge of basic trades, and strong organizational skills. On-call duties and weekend coverage may apply to support property operations and resident

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property or building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 15 feet.
• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Willingness to be on-call for after-hours and weekends.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site maintenance and lead maintenance staff; coordinate with residents and vendors.
• Prioritize and process work orders, including urgent and routine tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
• Provide timely, professional customer service to residents and management.
• Prepare and maintain required paperwork and reports; monitor budget adherence.
• Inspect property condition, coordinate vendor work, and maintain site safety and curb appeal.
