Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, mentor technicians, and ensure reliable operation of MHE systems across a client facility.

You will optimize preventive maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, and SCADA devices, and build strong relationships with the client and operations teams while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
Experience with MHE safety standards.
Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.

Responsibilities

Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
Build and close out work orders in a CMMS.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
