Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. – CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility.

You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. The role requires 4+ years with automated conveyors/controls, PLCs, SCADA, CMMS, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and safety focus are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and Safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, NEC, and/or industrial electronics.
• Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run OEE/Up Time metrics.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repair and training of technicians.
• Build and close CMMS work orders.
• Cultivate positive relationships with the client and Operations team.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
