Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Advanced HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Experience overseeing maintenance staff and coordinating vendors.
• Ability to prioritize multiple service requests and emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and support onsite maintenance team.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and building systems.
• Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting repairs.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofs, common areas.
• Manage daily work order activity and respond to emergencies, on-call rotation.
• Oversee apartment turns and move-out inspections.
• Inspect equipment and building systems regularly.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC parts, plumbing supplies, tools.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and review vendor scopes.
