The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, reads blueprints, and applies Lean Six Sigma methods. Excellent communication and attendance are required; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and professional interaction at all levels.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead maintenance teams for planned and emergency work.
• Evaluate training needs and develop maintenance staff.
• Monitor uptime, through-put, and product quality impacts.
• Update Workday labor tracking daily for the shift.
• Document shift activity and manage work order status with planners.
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve technical problems.
• Execute shift plan for PMs, training, and capital projects.
• Participate in PM development and maintenance budget.
• Identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
