Macy's Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Automated Warehouse Facility. The role oversees the maintenance staff, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and manages budgets and parts inventory to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of warehouse maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a proven track record with safety standards and team leadership. Full-time position with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or encouraged.
• 2-5 years experience in operation and maintenance of a warehouse distribution center or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, and automated warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, and inspects the work of the maintenance staff.
• May participate hands-on in maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Prepares estimates of work hours, materials, and resources for projects.
• Develops preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Prepares progress and maintenance reports; maintains records.
• Identifies adverse trends and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains cost-effective spare parts inventory; ensures minimal downtime.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NFRP programs and budget adherence.
• Trains personnel and promotes an inclusive work environment.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
