Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Automated Warehouse Facility in Ohio. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule hands-on work, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place to keep equipment reliable.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of experience in warehouse maintenance, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and strong safety compliance. Flexibility to work various shifts and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, State and Local safety standards.
• Proficient with computers and handheld technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff and assigns work.
• Participates hands-on in maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Prepares estimates of hours, materials, and resources for projects.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment.
• Maintains reports on progress of maintenance activities.
• Ensures budget compliance and assists in annual budgeting.
