Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (encouraged).
• 2–5 years of experience operating and maintaining a warehouse distribution center or equivalent. Automated warehouse systems knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design principles and fundamentals of automated industrial production equipment.
• Proficient knowledge and adherence to OSHA, state and local safety standards, and the MLO Safety program.
• Effective communication skills and ability to read, understand, and interpret policies, safety rules, and manuals in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and inspect the work of the maintenance staff.
• Hands‑on maintenance and repair of equipment as required.
• Prepare estimates of work hours, materials, and resources; initiate requisitions; prepare reports.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Maintain budget compliance for maintenance labor and expenses; assist manager in budgeting.
