Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, and inspects the maintenance staff.
• May participate hands-on in maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Prepares estimates of work hours, materials, and resources; approves requisitions.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Prepares reports showing progress of maintenance programs.
• Maintains cost-effective spare parts inventory and minimizes downtime.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related programs.
• Assists in budgeting and cost control.
• Trains and instructs personnel.
• Fosters an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Maintains regular, dependable attendance.
