Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is looking for an Arils Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations for high-speed food production in California. The successful candidate will lead daily maintenance for extraction, packaging, and facility systems, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety regulations.

Candidates must have strong technical experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with leadership skills to mentor maintenance personnel. A high school diploma and technical training are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting automation controls and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance for extraction and packaging systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Develop and improve maintenance programs for reliability.
